App Support Plans

When you need more than out of the box technical support, we are on call to make sure your application stack is performing.

For general use of Xero connected applications, using the specific application’s free support channels will help you troubleshoot technical issues. However, when more complex issues related to how the application interacts with Xero arise, we can provide our expert knowledge and experience to provide ad hoc troubleshooting or solutions.

App Support Plans are billed monthly on an as-needed basis as an addition to a Business Essentials Plan.
